Absolutely. Every event is unique, and we create custom proposals based on your needs and preferences.
How far in advance should we book?
Depends on the type of service. On Weddings, most clients book 6 – 12 months ahead; On Wedding Proposals and Picnics, at least 2 weeks before, but we can often accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability;

Do you offer full wedding planning or just coordination?
We offer full planning, day-of coordination or event decoration, depending on how involved you’d like us to be.
Do you handle destination weddings?
Yes, we plan weddings throughout Portugal and work with international couples planning from abroad.
Do you manage the wedding day logistics?
Yes. Our team coordinates everything on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
WEDDING PROPOSALS
Do you create personalised proposal ideas?
Yes. We design fully customised proposal experiences based on your story, preferences, and budget.
Is photography included in the proposal package?
It can be! We offer add-ons like photography, videography, flowers, musicians and decorations.
Can you help keep the proposal a surprise?
Of course, we manage timings, communication and logistics to ensure the moment stays secret until the very end.
PICNICS
What is included in a luxury picnic?
Our picnics include setup, decor, blankets, cushions, table styling, tableware, and a curated food & drinks selection.
How long does a picnic last?
Standard picnics last around 2 hours, but extra time can be added upon request.
Do you set up picnics anywhere?
We offer picnics in approved public areas, private venues, beaches and gardens, depending on permits and weather.
PRICING & PAYMENT
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the type of event, complexity and location. We provide custom quotes after a brief consultation.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due closer to the event.
LOGISTICS
Do you travel outside your main area?
Yes, we travel throughout Portugal. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
